10.9 Grade High Strength Structural Bolt

 Steel structure bolts are high-strength bolts with excellent fastening performance, used in steel structures 

and engineering projects for fastening. Generally, steel structure bolts required for steel structures are 

grade 8.8 or higher, with grades 10.9 and 12.9 also available; all are high-strength steel structure bolts.

Application Scope: 

Steel structure bolts are mainly used in steel structure engineering to connect steel plates at joint points.

Product Classification: 

Steel structure bolts are divided into torque-shear type high-strength bolts and large hexagonal high-strength bolts. 

Large hexagonal high-strength bolts are a high-strength version of ordinary screws, while torque-shear type 

high-strength bolts are an improved version for easier installation.

Precautions: 

Steel structure bolts must be initially tightened before final tightening. 

Initial tightening requires an impact-type electric wrench or a torque-adjustable electric wrench; 

final tightening has strict requirements. 

Torque-shear type steel structure bolts must be final tightened with a torque-type electric wrench, 

and torque type steel structure bolts must be final tightened with a torque-type electric wrench.
